My thoughts:

The initial first few episodes mainly focus in the main leads such as their occupation, personality and so on. After the 2nd episode, the story plot started to get interesting because of a phase mentioned by Ha Jin that capture the attention of Jeong Hoon as it was the exact phase mentioned previously by Jeong Hoon’s deceased girlfriend, Jung Seo Yun.

Ha Jin started to develop a crush on this anchor after their interview conversation during the news broadcast for her upcoming movie. But Jeong Hoon was uninterested in her as he placed his heart for his deceased girlfriend. Ha Jin tried his best to get his attention but failed! This is not something new for me as I have seen dramas where female lead fell in love at a first sight with a cold-hearted male lead. And the male lead tends to be uninterested with the female lead at the initial stage.

As the drama progress, Jeong Hoon found out about Ha Jin’s identity as Seo Yun’s best friend who attended the same college but she had no remembrance of her at all. The reason was Seo Yun’s death was too traumatised that she was mentally distraught for some time in the past.

I feel that this is starting to get interesting where the male lead seems to know her better than herself. Due to her connection between Seo Yun and her, he tried to help her whenever he’s available while hiding the truth from her. Initially, I felt that the male lead is helping as a form of repayment but he seem to grow fond of her as in like her.

Eventually, they got together! However, things took a turn when she found out about her past and the relationship between Jeong Hoon and Seo Yun. she asked for a breakup with Jeong Hoon because she needs some time off. She decided to leave to the US for career advancement. Anyway, It’s a happy ending! I shall spoil no further.

Overall I am pleased with this drama though there were some scenes where my heart felt heavy. Both actor and actress were professional and I think the story plot was well written and there were some intense scenes which are well portrayed by them. As for the romance, I think it was on a modern level as in not too cheesy/cringy that does not make me felt awkward.

My rating for this drama:

Rating: 4 out of 5.
